**If Wishes Were Horses, Part 2**
The main point here is to connect all the myriad chatbot APIs in the universe with all the 3d models in the universe, via the major game engines Unity and Unreal.
I’ve identified two bottlenecks: 1) a standardized, open, compatible facial rig, and 2) a text to face system that skips the speech phase for facial behavior generation (procedural facial animation). All the current systems use speech to facial behavior, for example Speech Graphics.
