Notes:
Inform7 is a programming language and development environment specifically designed for creating text-based interactive fiction games. Interactive fiction games, also known as text adventure games, are a type of computer game in which the player reads descriptions of a story and makes decisions about what actions to take, using text commands to interact with the game world.
Inform7 is designed to make it easy for developers to create interactive fiction games by using a syntax that reads like natural language. The language is designed to be intuitive and easy to read, even for those who are not experienced programmers. It includes a range of built-in features and tools that can be used to create complex and engaging interactive fiction games.
In addition to the programming language, Inform7 also includes a development environment that provides a range of tools and resources for creating and testing interactive fiction games. This includes a built-in interpreter for running and debugging games, as well as tools for creating and managing game assets such as characters, locations, and objects.
