Could NLP be used to determine whether or not a medication might work for a patient based on their forum posts?

Have NLP/sentiment analysis ever been used on therapist notes?

I’ve done a literature scan and couldn’t immediately identify anything square on; however, there is a good bit around and about, from Computational Psychology, through Computational Psychotherapy, to Cyberpsychology, Health informatics, and Telemedicine.
