What are good academic resources to start with on Natural Language Understanding NLU?
I suggest starting with the resources on my own webpages, NLU (Natural Language Understanding) as well as 100 Best Natural Language Understanding Videos. However, for your specific use case you might be better off looking into Semantic Web technologies, such as RDF.
