What are good text-parsing APIs?

Is there anything like a masterlist of natural language processing APIs?

The ProgrammableWeb API directory currently lists over 100 language APIs which includes natural language processing (NLP) APIs. Mashape also recently published a blog post that lists NLP APIs. API Directory – ProgrammableWeb and List of 25+ Natural Language Processing APIs.
