What technologies are required for building a human powered Slackbot like HireLarge?
I reckon the Slackbot part is trivial. It’s managing the human powered part on the backend that’s at issue. I can imagine various kinds of call center management and/or CRM software could be employed for collaborative message cueing, escalation, and resolution. There are other examples of human powered APIs, mechanical turks, andWizard of Oz experiment.
