What’s the techonology behind Korean chat bot simsimi?
Generally speaking, SimSimi appears to operate similarly to Cleverbot by leveraging collective intelligence – in other words recycling the replies it receives. I noticed recently that the SimSimi Conversation API is available on Mashape: SimSimi Conversation API | Mashape.
