IPsoft Amelia is an artificial intelligence (AI) platform developed by the company IPsoft. It is designed to assist and augment human workers in a variety of business processes, including customer service, IT support, and process automation.

While Amelia can be used to automate certain types of tasks, it is not a traditional RPA system and is not limited to automating repetitive, rule-based tasks.
