Is there an API for connecting to multiple cloud API’s?
I’ve also been searching for a manageable API integration platform. I had a certain amount of success with the now defunct Yahoo! Pipes, but am at a loss since Yahoo shut down Pipes. Marc Canter has recently suggested to me Apigee, Mashery, and/or MuleSoft, which are not what I’m looking for. I want a *visual* middleware, along the lines of the highly modular Salesforce, but for experimental artificial intelligence instead of severely restricted to conventional business solutions. I think this would require a uniform underlying data transport mechanism, or messaging infrastructure. Yahoo! Pipes was nice in that CSV could be easily plugged-in via webhook, which played well with XML.
