What’s the cheapest solution for building an IVR solution in Switzerland?

Is this a trick question? Of course, the cheapest solution would be NOT to make an Interactive Voice Response solution in Switzerland. Since Switzerland is at least tri-lingual, this could potentially treble the costs. I would say identify major IVR solution providers that work in Germany, France and Italy, and gather bids accordingly.

For example, a quick google for “Interactive Voice Response” and “Switzerland” readily reveals that the French Acapela Group has recently supplied multilingual IVR in the form of “Voice as a Service” (acapela-vaas.com) to the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA).
