AI human Tilda learns data from over 600 billion corpus and over 250 million high-resolution images

Meanwhile, in February of last year, LG unveiled its first AI-based human ‘Tilda’, which was implemented with a super-giant artificial intelligence (AI) ‘EXAONE’ in the United States.

‘Tilda’, unlike virtual humans that have appeared so far, can not only learn, think and judge on its own, but also create new creations and communicate naturally with humans.

LG’s pronunciation is similar to ‘Tilde’, the symbol name for ‘~ (tilde)’, which means ‘waves of change created by AI and humans together for a better world’ and ‘connection between humans and AI’. I named the AI â??â??human ‘Tilda’ to feel friendly.

Tilda is such a differentiated creation based on the world’s largest AI exaone that has learned data from more than 600 billion corpus and more than 250 million high-resolution images combined with text.

The Good AI Award is the first event this year to encourage the proper growth of the AI â??â??industry by discovering subjects (company, institution, organization, and individual) with both excellent performance and ethical standards in AI development and commercialization.

Tilda is evaluated to have the highest ability among existing AI humans or virtual humans. Existing virtual humans are used as advertising models or social network service (SNS) models. Although it is a virtual human, it moves as designed by humans.

However, Tilda is equipped with a super-giant AI ‘Exa-One’ as her brain. ExaOne has a multi-modal function that enables two-way communication between text and image. If existing super-giant AI models focused only on language, ExaOne was developed to be able to do both language and image.

Starting with Tilda, LG AI Research Institute plans to create expert AI humans in various fields.
