**Lip Sync Video From Selfie**
*Some people just want to make videos. I like to make videos. I am looking for a simple to use service, preferably web service, to combine JPG selfie (or any headshot) with TTS MP3 to get a lip synced talking head video. Most similar solutions are mobile apps, most are for music/singing, and many are driven by facial mocap or digital puppetry (like karaoke). What should be added to this list?*
