Notes:
Linear regression is a statistical method used to model the relationship between a dependent variable and one or more independent variables. In a linear regression model, the dependent variable is assumed to be linearly related to the independent variables, and the model estimates the coefficients of the independent variables to predict the value of the dependent variable. Linear regression is commonly used in a variety of fields, including finance, economics, and psychology, to analyze and understand the relationships between different variables and to make predictions about the values of the dependent variable. Linear regression models can be simple, with only one independent variable, or they can be more complex, with multiple independent variables and interactions between variables.
