Philip Rosedale is a technology entrepreneur and the founder of High Fidelity, a company that is developing a platform for shared virtual reality (VR) experiences. Prior to starting High Fidelity, Rosedale was the founder and CEO of Linden Lab, the company behind the popular online virtual world Second Life.
Rosedale is known for his pioneering work in the field of virtual reality and online communities, and his greatest achievement is widely considered to be the creation and development of Second Life. Second Life was one of the first and most successful virtual worlds, and it has had a significant impact on the development of virtual reality and online communities.
In addition to his work with Second Life and High Fidelity, Rosedale has also made significant contributions to the fields of computer graphics and computer-mediated communication.
