Notes:
Conversational Intelligence (CI) is a term used to describe the ability of individuals or systems to engage in effective and meaningful conversations. CI involves the use of various cognitive and social skills, such as understanding and interpreting language, detecting and responding to social cues, and adapting to changing conversation dynamics.
Conversational Intelligence is often used in the context of artificial intelligence and natural language processing, where it refers to the ability of systems or algorithms to engage in human-like conversation. CI can be used to enable chatbots, virtual assistants, and other conversational AI systems to understand and respond to user input in a natural and intuitive way.
Conversational Intelligence is also used in the field of psychology, where it refers to the ability of individuals to engage in effective communication and social interactions. This can involve skills such as active listening, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different social situations.
