Notes:
Quora is a question and answer website where people can ask and answer questions on a variety of topics.
Natural Language Processing (NLP) can be used with Quora in a number of ways. For example, NLP techniques could be used to analyze and understand the text of the questions and answers on the platform, in order to better categorize and organize the content. NLP could also be used to identify the sentiment expressed in questions and answers, and to identify key topics and themes discussed on the platform. In addition, NLP could be used to improve the search functionality on Quora by enabling more accurate and relevant search results to be returned.
Quora has launched a new product called Poe, short for “Platform for Open Exploration”, which is an artificial intelligence (AI) platform that allows users to ask questions and engage in dialogue with AI chatbots. It is available as an iOS app and is described as a tool for users to interact with various AI chatbots and receive answers to their questions. Quora CEO Adam D’Angelo announced the launch of Poe in December 2022. Quora has also invested in the premium domain name Poe.com for the new project.
Adam D’Angelo is the CEO of Quora, a social question-and-answer website. He is also a board member of OpenAI, a research institute focused on advancing artificial intelligence in a responsible manner. D’Angelo co-founded Quora in 2009 and has served as its CEO since then. Prior to that, he was the chief technology officer of Facebook, where he helped build the company’s early technical infrastructure.
