Can one build a super chatbot by running IBM Watson on all of Quora’s questions and answers?
Absolutely not! At this time, there are only 2x “canned” or “prefab” QA KBs available on the Bluemix Watson QA API. In fact, all the recent ballyhoo about the Watson and Twitter partnership appears like nothing more than a load of hooey.
