**NC “AI research like ChatGPT… Aim to connect digital humans”**
NCsoft announced that it aims to research artificial intelligence (AI) language models and furthermore connect digital human (virtual human) business to provide differentiated immersion to game users.
In the 2022 performance announcement conference call held on the 9th, NC said, “The internal R&D (research and development) organization is working hard on AI language model research such as ChatGPT. We are trying to increase the scale starting this year.”
“One of the important goals of our AI model is to basically use it in terms of game production and content,” he said.
NC is “researching to provide a differentiated sense of immersion to game users by combining its existing 3D character production technology and large-scale access game operation method. The goal is to connect even the digital human business, which is the focus internally.”
