Chinese reports describe how Neusoft Group (neusoft.com) has been positioning digital humans as a core part of its next-generation intelligent solutions across healthcare, social services, and education. Neusoft’s founder and chairman, Dr. Liu Jiren, has repeatedly emphasized that digital humans will evolve from being mere “assistants” into partners for users, embedded in medical, HR, and public service systems. In August 2024, Neusoft and Wuhan University Zhongnan Hospital signed an agreement to build a digital twin hospital, integrating digital human assistants for patient guidance, service automation, and intelligent consultation. The company has also piloted digital-human–driven public service platforms in areas like Shenyang’s medical insurance and Nanjing’s employment systems, while its education arm has introduced products such as a digital human anatomy lab. Neusoft Medical has likewise showcased NeuEVA digital-human agents for end-to-end patient interaction in hospitals.
