Can you train a content corpus in Bluemix?

Andres Hohendahl is more or less correct….  Up until recently, the Watson Services Catalog on Bluemix only offered a “qaapi” (now called Question and Answer), something like a FAQ bot, with two canned corpora called Watson for Healthcare and Watson for Travel.

Apparently, with the premium Watson Experience Manager program, corpora could be customized; however, this was some kind of shady approval based program, which at one time IBM indicated they were trying to downgrade or phase out.

However, now they seem to have added something they call Dialog, a rules-based user response system (presumably a result of their acquisition of the chatbot company, formerly known as MyCyberTwin, re-named Cognea).

Now, there is something called IBM Watson Explorer, supposedly a developer-friendly application builder environment; however, it seems like another shady approval based program, similar to the Watson Experience Manager.
