What are some unsolved problems in text to image conversion?

I have already written a good bit on Quora about Text-to-scene Conversion Systems (TTSCS)….  However, this topic seems to be newly fashionable due to the successes of deep learning mediated scene recognition, or image-to-text systems, which is more or less the same technology in reverse.  One might well ask, what are the solved problems in text-to-image conversion?

  • Is there any website that auto-generates video from a story-based text?
  • What kind of publications are helpful in developing auto generating romance software?
  • How is NLP used in understanding the scene of an image?
  • What are the software tools that can convert symbolically represented speech into text or written script?
  • If all sentences like “how to describe” are extracted from the Internet and their answers/frames are embedded with corresponding video frames/text, isn’t this enough to develop “auto-generating text” from video?
  • If an artificial intelligence could take in a well-written screenplay and turn that into a simulated movie, would that be an effective test of human-level AI and natural language processing (NLP)?
