Two international standards will be published in the near future.
It is reported that the two international standards for digital people are led by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and act as the editor. Its evaluation indicators and test methods have adopted the evaluation specifications of the China Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Alliance and the Content Technology Industry Promotion Array and the relevant content of the China Communications Standards Association industry standards. Participating units include Baidu, Tencent, and Nanjing New Generation Artificial Intelligence Research Institute. As a guide for the evaluation of digital human technology, products and services, the standard can help relevant parties evaluate and compare different digital human application systems, and has strong guiding significance for the development, selection, and testing of digital human application systems.
ITU-T F.748.14 is an application system for non-interactive 2D human-like digital human, which defines the related concepts of 2D digital human, 2D human-like digital human, and non-interactive digital human, combined with ITU-T F. 748.15, put forward corresponding indicator requirements and specific evaluation methods from the dimensions of image, voice, action, multimodal input, and multimodal output.
