Lu Qi, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1990. Founded Dawa Technology in 2014; Dawa Future Incubator in 2016; Dawa Future (Chongqing) Imaging Technology Co., Ltd. in 2018, and settled in Yongchuan Big Data Industrial Park.
In 2019, he led Dawa Technology to stand out from more than 1,000 bidding companies across the country, and participated in the construction of the national task “70th Anniversary Military Parade Simulation System”, successfully conquered a number of cutting-edge technologies, achieved major technological breakthroughs, and helped my country achieve digitalization for the first time parade. Dawa Technology has become the only private enterprise in the country that has been awarded the honorary banner of “cooperating with the military parade to create brilliance” by the office of the military parade leading group. In the same year, Dawa Technology cooperated with the Third Academy of Aerospace Science and Industry Group to set up a research and development department to conduct research and development of the underlying operating system of the twin city.
At the beginning of 2020, Lu Qi’s team successfully mastered the first self-developed and controllable digital human technology in China, breaking the international technical blockade of my country’s digital human technology for more than 10 years and reaching the international leading level.
In 2021, he will release all core technologies for free and open source to promote the rapid and healthy development of my country’s digital content industry and big data industry. Up to now, Lu Qi has taken the initiative to attract more than 100 upstream and downstream enterprises for Yongchuan District of Chongqing, directly driving more than 4,000 high-quality jobs.
Regarding the future, Lu Qi plans to build Yongchuan Dawa Digital Content Industrial Park into a comprehensive digital content industrial park integrating IP R&D, operation, production and promotion within three years, and gather 200 digital enterprises. At the same time, Dawa’s own digital content industrialization technology process will be built into an international first-class technical standard, so that my country has an international voice in digital content.
At present, Dawa is increasing investment in infrastructure such as real-time rendering, production engine, and process support, and conducts reverse research and development. It is expected that in the next three years, it will develop and manufacture my country’s independent and controllable hardware supporting facilities.
