Cullen Jennings, chief technology officer (CTO) of Cisco’s security and collaboration division, appeared as a hologram and took out sneakers from the virtual world and spun them around. “Look at it from below. Can you see the sole of the shoe? If you look at it from above, you can see the top.” It is a scene where you can participate in the metaverse, an expanded virtual world, and have lively idea meetings with people far away.
#2. Silvia Rasheva, Unity 3D content producer, presented a ‘virtual human’ with wrinkled skin and moving hair one by one. It is a digital character in his 40s with realistic eyes, hair, and skin. It was rendered through 4K with 8.3 million pixels, and the realism reached the extreme compared to the smooth-skinned virtual idols that have been released so far.
These are future Internet technologies that will appear at the ‘MK CES Forum 2023’ held by Maekyung Media Group at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas on January 5 next year.
