It was jointly developed by the Honggutan District Government Service Data Management Bureau of Nanchang City, Digital Jiangxi and Inspur Company. Hu Bin introduced that “Small Ganshi” can complete a series of smart services through three methods of “talking”, “finding” and “doing”. It can provide self-help services such as printing of business guides, scanning and printing of paper documents with the largest A3 format, and printing of ID cards. According to Hu Bin, the biggest highlight of “Little Ganshi” is the innovative use of language dialogue, which is more convenient and accurate than the search-style query method of the previous government service machine, and is more suitable for the elderly. In addition, the materials and data uploaded and submitted through “Xiaoganshi” will directly enter the system, which greatly improves the efficiency of work. “‘Xiaoganshi’ only takes 5 minutes to apply for a drainage permit, and even users who are not familiar with the operation can quickly complete the application.” Hu Bin introduced that currently “Xiaoganshi” is still in the trial stage.
