Notes:
Intelligent virtual agents (IVAs) are computer-based systems that are designed to interact with humans in a natural, conversational manner. IVAs are often used as customer service representatives, chatbots, or virtual assistants, and are designed to be able to understand and respond to user input in a way that is similar to how a human would.
IVAs are typically based on artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, such as natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, which allow them to understand and interpret user input and generate appropriate responses. Some IVAs are also designed to be able to learn and adapt over time, which allows them to improve their understanding of user input and become more effective at handling a wider range of tasks and situations.
IVAs are used in a variety of applications, including customer service, sales, marketing, and technical support. They are often used to handle routine inquiries, provide information, and perform tasks that do not require a high level of expertise or personal interaction.
