Notes:
The Linguistic Data Consortium (LDC) is an organization that creates, collects, and distributes speech and text data, lexicons, and other resources for linguistic research and development purposes. The LDC is a research consortium of universities, colleges, and research institutes that is affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania. It was founded in 1992 and has since become a leading provider of linguistic resources for the research community. The LDC’s resources are used in a variety of fields, including natural language processing, speech recognition, machine translation, and linguistics.
