Are there any online Spanish chat AI’s (similar to things like Cleverbot)?

Andres Hohendahl, from Argentina, is on both Quora and Chatbots.org “AI Zone”, and has apparently developed a sophisticated Spanish language dialog system at Pandora Box. BotGenes is another Argentinian company working on “agentes virtuales”. According to TechCrunch, SHERPA, founded in Spain, was the top Spanish-speaking personal assistant app as of 2013.
