How do I identify a language in a mixed corpus, such as Tamil-English, English-Hindi, or English-Bengali?

In computational linguistics, this is known as Code-switching.  This will be a major topic of research presented at The Twelfth International Conference on Natural Language Processing (ICON-2015), at IIITM-Kerala, Trivandrum, December 13-16.
