Is there a tagged touristic destination dataset (similar to last.fm)?
Generally in tourism people begin working off of airport datasets, such as OpenFlights Airports Database. However, most tagged tourism industry datasets are proprietary. The Tourpedia datasets may be more along the lines of what you’re looking for.
