What are good speech recognition solutions for commercial use?

Instead of simply referring you to my previous answers under the Quora topic Speech Recognition, I decided to look more deeply into commercial speech recognition APIs.  There are some big players, including of course Nuance, Microsoft Cortana, and IBM Watson.  Apparently Nuance has acquired loquendo.com.  Microsoft is offering Cortana speech recognition at projectoxford.ai.  And, IBM now has speech recognition with the Watson APIs on bluemix.net.  Cisco seems to have acquiredtropo.com, which also offers a speech recognition API.  AT&T offers a speech recognition API at developer.att.com.  Newer players include both api.ai andwit.ai.  (Wit.ai was acquired by Facebook in Jan 2015).
