*I would like to stand corrected (by myself), that 360 video cannot be used for virtual beings. I now believe these police training simulators, like VirTra, Inc., use 360 video similarly to the way USC Shoah Foundation (and others) use volumetric video for “faux interactivity” (by displaying recorded segments selectively). However, this is a miniscule fraction of all 360 video. If you are more familiar with this, please let me know what you think.*
