**Virtual Being Frameworks**
*I suggest there are four general kinds of virtual being “frameworks”.*
1. *There are fully custom solutions, where there is no control over the agent, for instance proprietary agents.*
1. *There are frameworks where the model is controllable, but the chatbot engine is not.*
1. *There are frameworks where the model is not controllable, but the chatbot engine is controllable.*
1. *There actually does not exist a framework where both the model and the chatbot engine are fully controllable. (This is due to non-standard rigging, and missing binding layer – for instance text-to-facial-behavior plugin or module.)*
