On the Samsung Securities YouTube channel, which surpassed 1.08 million subscribers in July this year and now has 1.1 million subscribers, a virtual human called a virtual analyst delivers weekly market forecasts and investment reports. These are virtual humans created by learning the appearance and voice of analysts active in Samsung Securities through artificial intelligence (AI) technology. It was developed by Samsung Securities in collaboration with Deep Brain, an AI human specialized company.
Samsung Securities applied virtual human technology to analysts who are actually active in the field. In May of this year, virtual humans created by cloning Jeong Myeong-ji, head of the investment information team, and Jang Hyo-sun, head of the global equity team, are being used usefully in content related to domestic and international market conditions on YouTube. It is a technology service that creates the effect of hearing the market forecast directly through the appearance and voice of an actual analyst for investors, and the benefit of focusing on market forecast analysis work by reducing the trouble of repetitive filming for analysts.
