**Dongseo University to Launch AI-Integrated Hologram Performance Project **
Dongseo University is realizing interdisciplinary convergence through software-centered education, offering step-by-step software education for both software and non-software major students. In this project, they will create a ‘digital human magical girl (an original character) based on AI technology and aim to perform a mixed hologram show featuring digital humans and real actors through songs created with AI assistance. The project will receive a budget of KRW 300 million [USD $224,904] and will run until January next year.
Local broadcasters KNN and Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency will participate as partner organizations, planning to produce a final magical girl hologram performance content through culture and arts content planning, production practice, AI-linked education, and project support courses. The performance is scheduled to take place on November 28th at the Dongseo University Centum Campus Sohyang Musical Theater.
