Creating a talking chatbot with a Python-based ChatGPT application using Omniverse’s Audio2Face (A2F) technology has raised questions due to a lack of clear documentation on deploying A2F to a standalone application. The application’s specificsâ??whether it’s intended for phone, desktop, or webâ??might influence the development approach. It was suggested to utilize Rest API and WebRTC kit extension for video streaming in web browsers, and Omniverse Avatar Cloud Engine (ACE) for developing a custom app. However, ACE is not currently publicly available, but an early access program exists. Finally, converting text to audio could be accomplished with NVIDIA’s Riva.
