**Ready Player Me** has introduced a new set of monetization tools for developers, currently in limited alpha with a closed beta release planned. Developers can now monetize their apps or games by creating and selling their own assets using the Asset Manager, or by selling interoperable assets created by Ready Player Me and its partners. The new monetization tools, which are powered by the Unlock API, are currently available to select partners including Hiber, 9count, and Omlet. The first collection, The Outer Kingdom, is already available and can be used across all apps and games that utilize Ready Player Me avatars. Developers interested in the closed beta can sign up, and an informational Dev Diaries session about the new tools will take place on June 21st.
