**Standard for Service APIs and Framework for Digital Human Authoring and Realistic Visualization**
This standard defines service APIs and a framework for digital human authoring and realistic visualization. It enables the creation of digital humans with specific characteristics and behaviors, such as speech and responses. Digital humans are lifelike representations of humans used in fields like movies, games, and medical care. The standard is sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society and falls under the Working Group for Human Factors for Immersive Content. It is currently an active project approved in September 2022. The Working Group Chair is Beom-Ryeol Lee.
