This move follows a collaboration agreement between Lotte Home Shopping, **visual tech firm 4by4 Inc**, and the Thai branch of the Huanji Group. Under the agreement, each party will contribute their specific expertise to ensure Lucy’s successful launch, with Lotte providing Lucy’s intellectual property and product sourcing, 4by4 managing the technology, and Huanji overseeing operations and promotions.
