**Conversing with History: AI Brings WWII Voices to Life at the National Museum **
The National WWII Museum in New Orleans is introducing an AI-powered interactive experience called “Voices from the Front,” set to debut in 2024. This exhibit, produced by StoryFile, will enable visitors to converse with individuals who experienced World War II firsthand. Using AI, the exhibit can respond to up to 1,000 questions about their wartime experiences, replicating genuine conversations. Among the personalities featured are Hershel Woodrow Williams, a Medal of Honor recipient, Grace Brown, an aircraft factory worker, and John Luckadoo, a bomber pilot. Funded by a $1.5 million donation from Sandy and Margie Villere, the experience aims to preserve and share the stories of those from the WWII generation. The renovated Forbes Gallery will also showcase additional exhibits and items related to Malcolm S. Forbes’s WWII service.
